Cryotherapy Training Course
The 4 hour CPD accredited cryotherapy course covers theoretical and practical techniques required for Cryotherapy, Wart, Verruca and Skin Tag removal, including hands on exercises to get the most out of your training.
You will learn the step-by-step procedures for each stage of the process and during the virtual classroom training you will perform supervised procedures on specially designed artificial skin plates to gain the required practise safely.
Your training will be provided by practising experiences healthcare practitioners with the up to date knowledge and skills to help you become proficient in cryotherapy techniques and appropriate patient selection.
Participants will learn everything they need to know about the structures of the skin, different skin types and healing process. What warts, verruca and skin tags are and how they form. What is cryotherapy and how it is used to treat these common skin lesions.
To take part in the practical virtual classroom participants will need to either have their own cryotherapy pen device or have bought the Cryo IQ pen from Clearer Training.

Once you book and pay for your course place, you will be sent login details to register for the e-learning program. You are required to complete all of the modules and pass the final assessment before then booking your place on virtual training course.

- Head to the bookings page here and purchase a course with the equipment you need.
- You’ll get immediate access to the online portion of the course. Your skin plate, and pen device if selected, will be sent to you and arrive within three working days
- Work through the online modules and complete the assessment at the end. {Sue – what can we add / change here to make it seem more friendly / less concerning – e.g. pass rates, multiple choice etc}
- Once you’ve passed the assessment, you will be sent a link to book your virtual classroom place.
- Once you’ve attended this, you will get your certification.

You’ll receive a link to book onto the online course. Complete the modules and assessment.
3. Attend virtual classroom
Once you’ve passed the assessment, you can book a virtual course date.
4. Get certified
Complete the virtual course and you’ll receive your certificate and be ready to practice.
