Refund Policy
We are small business and therefore we request some notice of any changes or cancellations of booking. This is how we handle those requests:
- Up to 4 weeks: full refund of residential
- Between 4 weeks and 2 weeks: 50% refund of residential
- 2 weeks or less: non-refundable
The e-learning element is £360 and this is non-refundable because you get full access to this upon your booking.
